Product portfolio
We carry life-saving, critical care and anti-cancer medicines for 23 pharmaceutical principals — held across three temperature bands and released to hospitals, pharmacies and named patients from Bangalore.
The portfolio
Each area is held to its own storage class, packed to its own configuration and supplied to a different kind of buyer. Select one to see how it is handled.
Depth-of-stock indicators are illustrative and pending confirmation. A full brand and SKU list is issued to registered buyers on request.
Storage classes
Storage band decides packing, and packing decides whether a data logger goes in the box. Nothing here is applied uniformly.
Formats we handle
Each format brings its own handling risk. These are the six we move most, and what each one demands.
Glass primary packaging, most often cold chain. Handled with breakage protection and upright orientation through picking and despatch.
Breakage & temperature riskDevice-and-drug combinations that fail silently if frozen. Conditioned coolants are used rather than direct-contact ice packs.
Freeze-sensitiveFreeze-dried injectables, common in oncology and critical care. Stable at ambient in many cases, but seal integrity is checked at goods-in.
Seal integrity checkedBlister and bottle formats across chronic and general medicine. Picked to batch, with near-expiry stock flagged before it reaches an order.
Near-expiry flaggedTubes and jars for dermatology and wound care. Kept away from heat sources in storage and shipped in ambient-controlled configurations.
Heat-sensitiveOstomy and wound care, surgical consumables and IVD kits. Some components carry their own storage requirement independent of the box.
Component-level storageTrack record
During the COVID waves, Mediline Biotex Pvt. Ltd. was among the appointed distributors of Remdesivir in Karnataka, and worked with the Government of Karnataka on state-wide distribution of COVID medicines.
Allocation-controlled supply under public scrutiny is the hardest version of this job: fixed stock, unlimited demand, and a record that has to hold up afterwards. The batch discipline we run today was built under that pressure.
How to order
Four steps. Registered institutional buyers can skip step one after the first order.
Product, strength, pack size and quantity — by phone, email or WhatsApp. Prescription details if it is a named-patient supply.
Any working hourAvailability, batch, expiry and the delivery window come back together, so you can plan against a date rather than a promise.
Same working dayInvoice issued, stock allocated and picked to batch. Packing configuration is set by the storage band and the transit lane.
On confirmationMoved by our logistics partners with proof of delivery closed back into the record. Any temperature excursion is reported, not absorbed.
Lane-dependentNot a service metric, not a line in a monthly report. It is a cycle delayed, a regimen interrupted, a patient told to come back next week. That is why our deepest stock sits where the consequence is heaviest.
Check availability
Our operations desk confirms availability, batch, expiry and delivery window the same working day. For CFA and partnership enquiries, the director's line is below.

Buyer questions
For institutional buyers, no fixed minimum — order sizes follow the hospital's own consumption pattern. For named-patient oncology supply, quantities are set by the prescription rather than by us. Bulk and palletised lines such as sanitisation do carry practical minimums, which we state at the point of enquiry.
Batch and expiry are confirmed at the point of availability, before you commit to the order. Near-expiry stock is flagged in our system and is never substituted into an order silently — if the only stock available is short-dated, we tell you and let you decide.
The packing configuration is chosen against the specific lane and expected transit duration, not applied as a single standard. Longer or less predictable lanes get more conditioned coolant and, for the products that warrant it, a data logger. The temperature record is reviewed on arrival.
Returns are accepted per the principal's own policy and processed against the original batch. In a recall, batch-level traceability from goods-in to proof of delivery lets us identify exactly which consignments went where, and to whom, without reconstructing it from paperwork.
Yes, for anti-cancer and speciality medicines. Supply is against a verified prescription and coordinated with the treating hospital, with the cold chain maintained to the door. This is a significant part of what we do rather than an exception we accommodate.
A complete list of brands and pack sizes across all 23 principals is issued to registered institutional buyers on request. It changes often enough that publishing a static version on the website would mislead more than it helps.
